You are more than a little eccentric, and you're apt to keep very unusual habits.
Whether you're a nightowl, living in a commune, or taking a vow of silence - you like to experiment with your lifestyle.
Expressing your individuality is important to you, and you often lie awake in bed thinking about the world and your place in it.
You enjoy staying home, but that doesn't mean you're a hermit.
You also appreciate quality time with family and close friends.
Very apt, I'd say, except for the fact that, in life, I am a morning person.
I am an early riser and I am the most productive during the first half of any given day.
...but, I do enjoy the darkness of the nighttime hours.
Hi Dale,
ReplyDeletewhere did you get the analysis from?
Thanks for saying hi- you'll notice the plug is partly in the wall some of the time. :)
I hope life is treating you well. We got a nice dumping of snow overnight and the view is completely pretty. Time to get the mukluks out.

Ooops, AM, I forgot to post the link...
ReplyDeleteI'm on it.
Looking forward to the link - this will be an interesting exercise! I suspect I'm a depends-what's-happening-at-any-given-time person. NOT early morning though, thank you!
ReplyDeleteAM - what on earth is a mukluk?
PS: Just sent you and Stevie an email about Em.
ReplyDeleteI am midnight too, although in a different time zone. ;)

hmmm... apparently I am midnight, but many of our traits do seem to be similar!
ReplyDeleteYou Are Midnight

EXACTLY the same, as a matter of fact!
Hi Dale,
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, I am Sunrise:
You enjoy living a slow, fulfilling life. You enjoy living every moment, no matter how ordinary.
You are a person of reflection and meditation. You start and end every day by looking inward.
Caring and giving, you enjoy making people happy. You're often cooking for friends or buying them gifts.
All in all, you know how to love life for what it is - not for how it should be.
I think there is some truth there.

Margie, the link is at the bottom of my post.
ReplyDeleteAh, so it is. Perhaps that makes me Morning but not totally awake.
ReplyDeleteActually, it's nearly 11 at night here now, and I've just done it and I'm the same as Lesley - Sunrise. For me it is partly accurate, partly less so. I've seen sunrise once or twice though. I remember it was very pretty!
I'm midnight too!..it says..
ReplyDeleteYou Are Midnight
You are more than a little eccentric, and you're apt to keep very unusual Paper Bags.
Whether you're a nightowl, reaping havoc in a commune, or taking a vow of silence when you sulk- you like to experiment with your lifestyle.
Expressing your individuality is important to you, and you often lie awake in bed thinking about your shoes and the world and your place in it.
You enjoy staying home, but that does mean you're a part time hermit. You also appreciate quality time with family and close friends, oh and shoes and cats..and the odd paper bag..
Hi Dale!
ReplyDeleteI like that poem? words?
I', baaaack! missed everyone. hope you are well.
Dale, I've done my own version now. Proves conclusively that I'm completely mad, but what can you do? Perhaps if I breathed very deeply in and out of one of Gypsy's paper bags for a while...
ReplyDeleteJust another midnight, me. Makes sense tho. I was born then....but these days I'm mostly asleep then....
ReplyDeletePanic attacks are good for the soul!!!..and paper bags too..
ReplyDeleteand nice new shoes are good for the sole! hee hee! I like you version of us much better Gypsy!
ReplyDeleteI an Sunrise like Lesley. I would hardly call myself a person of reflection and meditation, though! The rest is about right. :)
ReplyDeleteI am a sunrise. guess that's why I like posting those pictures.
ReplyDeleteDan, you are:

That is pretty darn close, Dale!
Thanks,

Hi Dale,
ReplyDeleteI took that quiz too and I'm also midnight! Especially at this time right now! I have been staying up til 3am in the morning!
Looks like a lot of us are midnights! I guess it's because the best ideas come to us at night, especially the creative types.
Happy Holidays, how are you?
ReplyDeleteIt's so dark in here I can hardly see...
ReplyDeleteWaiting for sunrise.
ok, sunrise it is Dale!! We'll be waiting
ReplyDeleteA lot of midnighters here. I am an outcast. I am sunrise. Let there be light...
ReplyDeleteDidn't PT write a song named Sunrise? I think he did! I know he did...
XO
Zoe
Oh yes he did, Zoe!
ReplyDeleteIt was during one of my favourite Who eras...The Who Sell Out, I think.
Late 60's.
Blue Red and Grey is another of my favourites.
Now that I think of it, funny that Pete, in the mood he was in for many years, didn't write about midnight...
But maybe he did.
Hey Dale!
ReplyDeleteI finished reading Firelord a couple of nights ago. Great book. Great re-imagining of the 'legend' and much more historical. Loved it. Thanks for the tip!

Merry Christmas!
Uh, earlier I did say I am become sunrise...though I enjoy midnight (it is now 12:13 AM), I have qualified as sunrise.
ReplyDelete--Dan L.
hello hello Dale! Are you working this week? I'll try to track you own before you fly east!
ReplyDeleteSafe travels to the east, Dale! I hope you all have a wonderful time.

Have a wonderful journey east, I hope theres snow where you go..
ReplyDeleteHi Dale!! I'm back, although only in body at the moment. The spirit is still way down south. Sigh. I'll get back into things soon, but just wanted to say hi before you go off on your own travels. Have a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing holiday. You deserve it.
ReplyDeleteI'll have a go at this link thing too. xxx
QE II? Me?? She should be so lucky ;-)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, it seems I too am midnight, although I've never been a night person, and have always enjoyed making the most of daylight hours.
ReplyDeleteI always wake with the sun. If there's no sun, I don't wake...lol
