Grace, we had dinner out last night at our favourite schnitzel house. It was amazing! I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and Gene had Schnitzel Oscar. I had worked all day, it was hot and we were seeking some air conditioning and good food. By the time we got home, it was about 10:30 and the moon was just setting over the mountains across the lake.
Well, it looks like Paradise is not Lost, after all. Luckily enough, it can be found everywhere!
I sounds like a wonderful holiday, so far, AM. And String, I think of you often, and the fact that your present land of lush gardens must be so different from your previous home in the American desert!
Beautiful Dale, paradise indeed. I can speak with experience of where String lives now and it is another type of paradise, but not as 'cozy' as you might think. It has a remoteness and a feeling of being ancient land that is very special. I am quite envious that she lives there. In a way it's my paradise lost...but then I've had Africa too, and that was quite sublime. By the way, Jodie is 31 now!
perfect. xx

Gorgeous. Paradise is a large enough place for all of us, because we have our little spot here too in Italy.
