Oh Dale. I think there are more than a few ‘some days’ at the moment. Sending hugs, my friend, and I hope the cloak of sadness lifts, or at least slips off your shoulders. Xxx
Aww, Val, thank you. I was having a melancholy morning and felt the need to write it down. I find that always helps, but also find that facebook is not the place for such things. I am doing fine and certainly have nothing to complain about; the province of B.C. has recently opened up and lifted most restrictions, I have my health and love my work (however menial) and I’ve learned that those two will go hand-in-hand; I always have a smile on my face and a song on my lips. I’m lean and toned, and tanned to a deep nut brown (but a long way from being a sun worshipper). I’ve a wonderful man who loves me with all his heart and I, too, feel the same about him, my best friend. My children are thriving, even through the bumps life deals, and I continue to enjoy watching them grow. Every day I look around and marvel at the paradise that surrounds me, but at the same time, respect and admire the harshness that same paradise can deliver. And, not to forget, my three companions, Tnu, Peaches And Pumpkin, who give me their own unconditional love. I am lacking not a thing, yet sometimes I feel sad... Then I go to work and my coworkers make me laugh and laugh! I am truly blessed. That being said, I hope all is well with you and yours. I love reading your (mostly) weekly blogs, but when on my phone it’s hit and miss as to whether I can comment. Please take care, and many hugs back to you, and to Koos! xx
