I will be inheriting a fish and we are going to learn how to clean its aquarium today. The kids think that's quite neat. It might be just more work for me, but I am known for accepting strays into the fold!

Amazing how one little preposition can change the whole meaning isn't it. Change 'with' to 'in', and that's the lot of the same mums living in a small village ;-)
It's an at-least-eight-year-old plecostomus... a big black sucker. He got in a fight with another fish years ago and his eyes got poked out (poor thing), so he's blind.

Good luck with the "little" fella! Fish tanks are so nice to have in the house. Very peaceful. I suppose so long as the Pleco lives by himself or with non-fighters, peace will reign! xo
