Hi Dale First of all Sindy wants to thank all her Canadian furry friends for all their good wishes. She's busy keeping the fire warm at the moment so can't come to blog. Anway, we all hope Henrietta is completely betta, and that Murphy's (wuff) law doesn't take precedence!
I was just showing my daughter, jodie, your blog and she just said WOW at the incredible mountain scenery. Thanks so much for reminding us how breathtaking winter can be. You must love your land, and I'm sure you never get tired or seeing all that beauty. I find it hard understand how people I meet in Belgium dismiss the wonderful scenery around them as something they ceased to notice long ago.
I walk up the river here in Rotterdam every day, and never fail to marvel at the majesty of the great barges that plough up and down 24 hours a day.
Thanks Dale for all your lovely comments and the images you share with us all. Val
Yes, I do love my home very much & remind myself & my children how lucky we really are! We are also fortunate to be able to take full advantage of what our world has to offer.
It's funny - I call our guinea pig "Henrietta Bobetta" all the time! She will actually respond to it!
Say hi to Jodi for me! Big friendly pats to Sindy!
What a beautiful picture! It must be something to see it in person. It makes our mountains here in North Carolina look so small. And I think they're huge!
I am glad that Henrietta is doing better. Sigh of relief! She is so adorable!
