Dale, this is fantastic - all power to Beth, and of course to you for being there for her. This is a Big Deal for both of you - congratulations, and Go Beth!
Only just caught up with your last post too - thieving is such a low crime, and has such devastating results. I'm sorry you had to go through the experience.
A year early, how impressive Dale. Many congrats. Eesh, bad news on the eyebrow ring, sound painful, is it still there, or does she take it out when skiing?
Oh Dale, I know how proud you are, as you should be! And I am proud of you for giving Beth what she needed: a loving and supportive mum. I just read your last few posts (because I have been a very absentee blogger) and I am sorry about your ski locker experience, and wish I'd been there for the Baby Duck party! xxx me
I'm online in this moment, but I will go to bed now, because I' seeing THE WHO tomorrow in "Oberhausen". I've heard form the movie "Memoires of a Geisha" and the book, but never saw the film and don't read the book. Try to find the book. I think you be very proud with your Beth. Please say congratulations from me. I promise to come back to your blog, but in this days I'm very busy. I miss the blogland.
This photo was taken the day Beth ended up in the hospital emergency room on the way up to the hill, as opposed to on the way down...
ReplyDeleteThat morning, she got her eyebrow ring stuck inside her brow and had to have it removed semi-surgically by the doctor on call.
