DALE!!! My god, you must be at your wits end. It's 6 here now, and I don't know what that makes your time, but you must have posted this several hours ago.
Is there any news? Is it Beth or Jenny? Oh Dale, why are we so far away?? I feel sick just at the thought.

I just was reading through Pete and Rachel's blogs and came across Gypsy noir's post about your daughter. Gosh, I hope she's alright. You are in my thoughts.
i really hope that what ever is troubling beth at this time she, along with you and the rest of the family can work things out, its a very volatile age...i know she has a good family to come home to...love and patients is the way forward..x..
I just heard of your daughter, I am glad you know she is safe, 15 is a tough age for a girl and her Mom (I have a 14 year old and she can try my patience trust me). I pray for the two of you and I hope she returns home soon, when she does count to 10 before you say anything to her, just give her a jug and feel her breath in your arms, then talk it out with her. My love and thoughts are with you.
Give her a jug..lol...sweet...you'll be so glad to see her mug too...;-)
Dale, I remember when my girls were that age and they couldn't see anything else but their own problems and feelings...geez, I remember being that age myself and feeling the same...lol..true! As Meg and others have said, it's a tough age for a wee lass...just love her. Whatever it is may take time, but love wins through..xxxxx
Dale I just got an email that was sent to me earlier about your daughter...Looks like she made it to call you and you contacted her. I am relieved for you and hope you are feeling the relief! What a scare! I will keep you in our prayers so that things will be at rest for you in regards to your statement that "everything has been going wrong as of late". I am here for you as always.
final thought before i go to bed...its a clash of wills at the mo but in the end things will work out.....problems have a habit of all coming at once..you are strong you will get through this ...theres light on the horizon...we cant have the rainbow without the rain x..night.x..
dale your comment on petes blog daily pail..lol...as in pale...as in bucket..as in jug...as in floods as in poo man flusheth..as in blooming water...dale why oh why does everything about you keep coming back to WATER!..even your star sign is aquarius...you must have been a water baby..even ski-ing on hard water....el bah!....
and in the red corner we have dale with her worldly wise experience motherly love and C.O.D selfrising yorkshire puddings...in the blue corner we have beth with her misguided teen angst ipod and mascara...seconds out round two..(ding ding)...just trying to raise a smile dale..lol...
Hi Dale. I didn't know until just now. It's good she is safe and i hope things get a little easier. I have girls that age and i know what the hormones do to them when they kick in.
...but I have a feeling today is going to be a long day.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter did not come home yesterday after school & is still not home.
I am sick over it.
Everything has been going wrong as of late.
