Through the looking glass...

Beau and the pumpin patch.

Jenny and friends...

Just past full...

Alone on the lake.

  1. ah, the chair lifts await snow. It certainly looks a bit like Fall around your way. Love the kitty pic, they sure love those pumpkins?

  2. Lovely set of pics Dale. They say a lot about your lovely world there. did you do anything special for Halloween yourself? We don't do it much here, at least not in the city and I didn't see many signs of it in Westdorpe either.

The Belgians are much more into it, but then they are more America focused.

  3. Yes, Grace - the chairlift awaits...
Actually, that was taken at Fernie Resort on the weekend we went down to visit my cousins.
It was taken through the window of a lounge at the base of the hill. I thought it was a neat shot.
And Beau was obsessed with the pile of pumpkins - He gnawed the stems off all of them lol!

Val, I don't usually do much at Halloween.
My job is to sit at home, watch a couple of good movies in front of the fire, and dole out handfuls of candy to the little ghosts and ghouls who come knocking!
I had 18 this year. It was my first Halloween in my new home, so I have nothing to compare it to. That was 18 more that visited us at Gene's house last year!
But we are both a bit out of the way and off the beaten track.

  5. I tried catching one on the weekend, String, but we were on the road and it disappeared behind some trees by the time I got my camera out.
    It was a snow rainbow!
