    I saw this poster on the wall in my chiropractor's office.
    I recognised a lot of me in it - I was, quite frankly, moved to tears.
    I googled it and found a website where I ordered a copy - it's now hanging on my bathroom door...
    Indeed, very inspiring!
    And encouraging.
