  1. Good morning Dale,

I don't see such a lot of snow here in my hometown since years. It's to warm. The earth will be warmer and warmer. We all try to find a way to stop the global warming.
    Wish you a fantastic day.
    Love and peace
    Stefan

  3. Stefan - it's getting colder in our neck of the woods...

Yes Gypsy, the more derelicte the better!
Rubber rafts are out of the question, but a toboggan or two would be fine...
...captained by a derelicte polar marine, mind you.

  7. wow Dale - So your the ones getting all the snow!! I live in Cleveland Ohio and we usually have a very snowy winter. This year, nada, nothin, maybe a couple flakes have fallen so far but nowhere near a usual Cleveland winter. We even had a "green Christmas" this year and my 7 year old daughter is very angry with mother nature. For me, it just feels wierd.
It sounds like you enjoy skiing quite a bit (understatement?) so I hope you get the chance to enjoy every opportunity. How did the turkey soup come out? I know it made me hungry!

  9. Thanks, Mike!

Cheryl Ann, I don't think there's any snow east of Denver right now... it's piling up in the corners there.
As for the turkey soup, it was delicious (if I do say so myself...)
    It's my secret ingredient ;)

  11. Is this a bad time to mention that we started the day with 78F in the swimming pool?

The east/west divide is really something so far this winter, but you apparently like the white stuff, right?
