Yes, Grace, the parade was in celebration of Canada Day. ...and we didn't make it to the fireworks, Val - fell asleep. I go to bed early, as a rule, so find it difficult to stay up and leave the house at midnight... I did hear them, though. They are a good 4 miles down the lake, but I could hear and feel the booming through my pillow. lol
