We all must have the chance to learn, to grow and to spread our wings.

The challenge is to do it within the laws set before us.

If we do not, we will crash and burn.

And, unlike the legendary Phoenix, we will not rise from the ashes...

  1. Wise words, dear Dale....

I'm leaving this afternoon to join Koos on his boat going to Belgium. I'll be back to fetch Sin next week, so will look in then (she hates boat travels so is staying with a friend).

In the meantime, remember that we will be with you in thought, word and....um...spirit?
    Love ya Dale

  2. Dale,
I think it's such a difficult time, being a teenager. I'm so happy I'm no longer there, and I hope your daughter goes through her growing pains as gently as possible.

Much love and thoughts sent your way.

  11. Beautifully put Dale.
Hope things are good in your part of the world.
Being a teenager can be a difficult time. I always thought Pete's Quadrophenia was written just for me. It helped me a lot as all his music did. It got me through many a difficult time. And as Pete's title of his current post says: "All Shall Be Well"
