LEFT and RIGHT

I consider this both an echo and a response to a friend's most recent post on her blog.

For once I am having trouble thinking up the words to say - so, I will let my fingers do the thinking for me - typing in time to the best rhythmic hard-rock band this head has ever banged to...rock and roll ain't noise pollution!

In my real life I am not supposed to exhibit the manic scale within which I veiw life.
I have to approach this real life with a sensiblility that comes from accepting life's responsibilities, but my other side is always looking for an escape.
Don't get me wrong, I love my Pete, but I get the biggest kick from my lesser known Angus...

To begin with, I approached this blog with my sensible and creative side, but something unforseen has happened - it has brought out a long-buried facet of my character.
Call it my forgotten childhood, or I simply located a long-hidden check valve.

This site has set Angus free - Lord help us all!

I have also met some amazing characters in this ether...
I would like to thank all my friends who have taken the time to visit me on my blog!

I wore a dress to work today...

  6. Oh, the "dress" thing...

Lately I've had to wear my work boots, wooly socks & overalls or shorts to work, because I'm filling in for someone in the prep/detailing dept at work.

...that's just a fancy word for "car wash" in a dealership...
You know, getting vehicles all shined up to look thousands of dollars better than they really are...

I usually work in the office, but I can't say I mind getting down & dirty rockin' to the stereo all day!
    It's good excercise, too.

The dress thought just popped into my fingers & came out...

It is a short, sleeveless, blue cotton print.
    No stiletto heels, mind you...

  14. Zoe - the funny thing about this photo is that I was just fooling around with the webcam & I just about fell over when I saw this goofy one!

I knew it looked much like a photo of Keith, so I went & searched everywhere for it...and found it!

I actually matched a photo of Keith to a photo of me!

    LOL

    :))

  16. Love it!
Not only Angus is released but Keith too! Oh, it's always a pleasure to see his cheeky smile.

The inner child in all of us needs an escape route all the time, doesn't it? Thank God for Blogger, I feel exactly how you feel...

I am getting ready to go to work. I am not happy, lol. Can't wear a dress though, have to wear a SUIT! And it's the 2nd of June and it's still cold.
Might call in sick...but then I will feel guilty and not really enjoy my day off tomorrow, haha.

    Love ya,
    xoxoxo
